Watch Bob Finer split through the clouds like a knife through butter as he performs at the Chico Air Show!  Flying his magnificent red and white S-2T bi plane through the sky, Finer completes maneuvers you will have to see to believe!  This pilot brings “Finer Flying” to a whole new level!

Bob Finer has been flying since 1975 and currently flies his Grumman S-2T in air shows around the country.  As a carrier-qualified Marine Corps jet aviator, Finer has flown many hours at low level conducting close air support, armed-reconnaissance and forward air control. During assignment at the Marine Corps Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron (MAWTS) he instructed advanced air-to-air and air-to-ground tactics. Additionally, he instructed air-to-air combat maneuvering in the Advanced Strike Syllabus to fellow naval aviators.  Bob held a variety of leadership positions during twenty years on active duty in the Marines, serving both as an infantry officer and naval aviator.
