The C-5 Galaxy is the largest military plane in the U.S. arsenal to date.  This aircraft lives up to its enormity because of its ability to hold heavy loads.  The Galaxy acts as the ultimate taxi for our troops and forces at home and abroad!

The C-5 Galaxy can carry fully equipped combat ready military units to any point in the world on short notice while providing the field support required to sustain the fighting forces. 

The Galaxy is one of the largest aircrafts in the world and the largest airlifter in the U.S. Air Force inventory, and is able to carry more than any other airlifter in use today.  It also carries all of the Army's air transportable combat equipment from the United States to anywhere around the globe.  With aerial refueling, the aircraft's range is limited only by crew endurance!
